The vast majority of high quality earbuds are built for music and have enhanced bass response. Our CC Buds-Pro Mic have high quality materials but are designed for voice clarity. This allows voices to come through with better legibility. They have accurate bass that's similar to studio monitor type bass response, which is precise, but not booming.

Using the CC Buds Pro-Mic means phone calls become more legible. The Pro-Mic Earbuds have a three-button volume-up/ down and answer call control for most standard smartphone functions. A high quality mic is built in the back of the control for excellent audio on outgoing calls.

Six different earbud covers are provided for custom comfort. Included are three sets of small, medium and large covers in comfortably soft silicone and the same three sizes in compressible foam. The foam covers provide enhanced bass and noise isolation. You can select the best fitting covers for your ears.

Regardless of what earbuds you own, it is recommended that you replace the earbud covers annually or whenever you notice wear and tear, to prevent pieces from going inside your ear canal.

What can I use to clean my foam tips?

Do not use rubbing alcohol to the foam tip cushions. This will destroy them. We recommend using gentle soap and water. You can also order a new set of replacement foam tips (#CCBUDSTIPS) from C Crane at ccrane.com or by calling (800) 522-8863

Why do I only hear audio from one side of my new earbuds or headphones when using with my Smart device such as a phone or tablet?

Try the earbuds or headphones on another products headphone jack such as a radio. If you receive the same results, it may be defective. Please contact our company.

It could be a setting on your device that has been changed to only play one side. Please try the steps for your device.

For a Samsung Phone or Tablet

  1. Click on the Settings icon
  2. Select Accessibility
  3. Select Hearing Enhancements
  4. Check the Left/Right Sound Balance.In the Connected Audio slider, if the blue dot is not in the center, move it to the center.

For an Apple iPhone or iPad

  1. Click on the Settings icon
  2. Select Accessibility
  3. Select Audio & Visual
  4. Scroll down to the Balance section. If the bar is not in the center, move it to the center.
