If an item proves to be unsatisfactory within 60 days of receipt, you may return it to us for refund or credit toward other products. We are sorry but original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please call for a Return Authorization number before returning an item. Returned products, original cartons and manuals must be in "as new" condition for a full product refund. A reasonable deduction will be made for any damaged or missing items. You are welcome to keep the catalog. Sorry, no refunds on custom cable and fittings or original shipping charges.
