Can I run the radio off direct sunlight?

The solar panel only charges internal battery, it does not power radio.

Can I overcharge the Dynamo Wind-Up Radio & Flashlight?

Always turn the unit off when charging. There will not be any harm of overcharging by solar or dynamo power. Do not charge the radio by A/C power for more than 2 hours continuously, which may damage the radios rechargeable system.
