We have found that, sometimes, the Tangent Quatro WiFi Internet Radio does not "see" the network on the initial scan. When this happens, you may have to press BACK to try scanning again. The second scan usually finds your WiFi network. Another option is to unplug the power cord momentarily from the back of the radio, then plug it in again, and try to scan for your wireless network again after the radio restarts.
If rescanning or restarting your Tangent Quatro radio does not help find your wireless network you may have to check your router's wireless settings and verify that broadcast of ESSID is enabled. You may also want to try changing the wireless broadcast channel on your router to channel 1. For instructions on how to change these settings in your router please consult the documentation that came with your hardware.
