We currently have two different ways that you can review a product that you purchased from us.

If you purchased your product from our website
If you purchased your product by calling our toll free number, or from one of our many vendors

We do look at all reviews/testimonials for content and only have refused any with profanity or inappropriate content. All other usually get approval (good and bad) within 48 hours. If you have a problem with any of our products please contact us as we are able to resolve most issues.

Not happy with this product. It quit working soon after I started using it. I have not had this problem with products purchased from C.Crane before
