Some of my music files are on my player, but cannot be played. When I select them, another song begins to play. What is wrong?

You may not have purchased the rights to play the song on an additional device. To test this, try to play a song that you have copied from an older CD and converted to MP3 format. If you can play that song, but not the song that will not play, then you need to purchase the rights to play the song.

When I plug the e250 into the computer, the MicroSD card in my e250 does not show up in "My Computer" as a Removable Disk.
| |
The e250 device should be in MSC mode for the MicroSD to show up as a Removable Device. To change the mode from MTP to MSC go to the Main Menu. If your e250 is plugged into your computer, please unplug it first.
1) Scroll to the "Settings" > "USB Mode" > "MSC Mode" and push the select button. 2) Connect the e250 to the computer using the USB cable provided. 3) Go to "My Computer" and there will now be two Removable Disk drives similar to the MSC Mode image on top.
The e250 does NOT power on when taken out of the package.
| |
When the e250 is taken out of the package ensure the "Hold" switch is not in the lock position. When looking at the front of the player, the "Hold" button on the top should be pushed all the way to the left. After pushing the "Hold" button to the left, then press the "menu" button to power on the device.

What video and photo formats can be converted by the Sansa Media converter?
| |
Run the Sansa Media Converter software. Click on "See supported file formats" link on the top of the window. The program will display and list all video and photo formats that can be converted using the Sansa Media Converter software.
The pictures or videos that were copied to the e250 do not show up or they are causing erratic behavior.
| |
When transferring pictures or movies onto the e250 device, the ArcSoft software MUST be used no matter what mode (MTP or MSC) the device is operating under. If pictures and movies are transferred to the device without using the ArcSoft software by simply dragging files into the Removable Disk drives, then the e250 will not be able to display them properly due to the files not being properly converted.
Where in my computer are the converted music or movies located after using the Archsoft software to convert these files?
| |
After converting photos, music or videos a window appears with the "Destination" URL displayed. However, longer destination URLs may be truncated. To view the full destination URL, simply place your cursor over the truncated destination url line and the full address of where the converted files are located will appear in a floating yellow box.
