A scrambled display or no display is an indication of a processor error. This is normally caused by a fluctuation on your AC power. To reset the processor: Open the lid and remove any batteries, then unplug the power cord from the back of the QuickCharger. Let it set for about two minutes. After the QuickCharger sits for at least two minutes without power, re-insert the power cord into the back of the QuickCharger. After the display resets, re-insert your batteries and let them finish the charging sequence. Note: if your batteries were near the end of the charge sequence when the processor error occurred, you may need to push the Discharge System Override button to prevent the QuickCharger from discharging the batteries.
