INBOUND TELEPHONE SALES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Requirements & Experience:

• Accurate keyboarding skills
• Strong written and oral communication via email/phone
• Interpersonal and organizational skills a must
• Ability to work independently and in a professional manner
• Excellent attendance
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Bilingual a plus
