A quick and easy way to improve the FM reception of your portable radio or stereo receiver is with an affordable FM Reflect Antenna. The FM Reflect can be bent and shaped to get the best reception from the circular polarization now used by many FM stations. If you've made the leap to HD radio, the FM Reflect is also one of the few antennas that tested well with the new digital signal.

Compared to other indoor FM antennas, the FM Reflect achieves a high signal-to-noise ratio and is less susceptible to interference from surrounding objects and people. The dipole design is more powerful than a standard dipole antenna, and delivers maximum gain across the entire FM broadcast band. Unlike ordinary dipoles, with the FM Reflect Antenna there is no fall off near the end of the FM band. In other words, this is a good FM antenna.

National Public Radio Labs has performed some HD Radio reception tests using the FM Reflect and other FM antennas

I bought this antenna to tune in a low powered FM station about 35 miles away. But after trying many configurations and various places on my wall and still not getting a good strong signal I said some bad words and threw the antenna on the floor. Instantly the station came in like I was in the studio! Not wanting it on the floor I found a place on the wall near where it fell. For some strange reason lower was better for a good strong signal. The moral of the story is don't give up in finding the sweet spot for best reception. Be patient it will work and work very well.

This antenna does work well; however placement and the shape you have it bent into is very important. I live about 70 miles away from Toronto and receive a lot of Toronto FM stations static free with the FM reflect.

I live in the mountains far from any stations. I was hoping that this antenna would improve my reception over my standard loop antenna. I was disappointed that I could only pull in one additional station clearly and actually lost stations that I was already receiving clearly.

I''m using the antenna in north west NJ and live in a valley. It really improved the separation of individual stations. The stronger stations no longer bleed over weaker ones and the signal strength is much improved. Very happy I gave it a try. Your sales people actually new something about your products! To Whom It May Concern: A few years ago I upgraded to the FM Reflect Antenna for a few of my radios and the increase in performance was remarkable. Both my Tivoli Audio Henry Kloss Model One Radio, and my Boston Acoustics Recepter Radio pull in stations from Boston (about 60 miles away) with ease and clarity. Recently I purchased the Sangean HDT-1 HD Radio Component Tuner and it too, when combined with the FM Reflect Antenna does a great job pulling analog as well as digital programming. Best regards,

Can I tell you how great the FM Reflect Antenna is? I moved to the Sacramento area from the Bay Area and was sorely missing radio broadcasts of Oakland A's baseball games. With the FM Reflect antenna and my Sangean WR-2, I could easily pick up KFRC-FM, which is ~80 miles away over hilly country. This station was nearly impossible to get with any other indoor radio, but it comes in pretty clear on the Sangean WR-2 with the FM Reflect Antenna.
