The Select-A-Tenna Hardwire Model is the same as the Select-A-Tenna Regular Model except it has a special output jack. A three-foot twin-lead wire is included for connection to your radio or home stereo system. One end of this wire plugs into the Antenna and the other end connects to the AM antenna terminals on your receiver. Requires external AM antenna inputs on your receiver. It can also be used without the wire as a regular Select-A-Tenna because it is no more powerful than the regular model. In use, the Select-A-Tenna is still directional, so it must be re-tuned for each new weak station. If you only have one station that is weak, you could theoretically tune it once and leave it in a hidden position indefinitely. C. Crane invented this antenna. Made in the U.S.A.
